Not a Lender
LoanFit is not a lender, mortgage broker, financial broker, or credit counselor. LoanFit does not originate, fund, guarantee, or facilitate loans of any kind. LoanFit does not connect users with lenders.
Accuracy of Information
LoanFit's readiness scores and guidance are based entirely on self-reported information provided by the user. LoanFit makes no representation that these results are accurate, complete, or indicative of any lender's actual underwriting criteria or decision.
Paid Reports
Paid reports are non-refundable once generated. Reports are delivered digitally and are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanFit and its operators are not liable for any financial loss, loan denial, or other harm resulting from reliance on information provided by this platform. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
