What We Collect
LoanFit collects information you voluntarily provide through the readiness assessment and any email capture forms. This includes business name, industry, revenue, expense, and debt information, as well as your name and email address if submitted. We do not collect payment card information directly — that is handled by our payment processor.
How We Use Your Information
Information you provide is used solely to generate your personalized readiness assessment results, communicate your results to you by email (if requested), and improve the LoanFit platform. We do not share, sell, or rent your information to lenders, brokers, or third-party marketers.
Credit Pull
LoanFit does not pull your credit report at any point. All information used in your assessment is self-reported by you and is not shared with credit bureaus.
Data Storage
Your assessment data is stored securely and associated with your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@loanfit.org.
Cookies and Analytics
LoanFit may use anonymized analytics to understand how users interact with the platform. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
