Disclaimer
Please read this disclaimer carefully before using LoanFit.
Not a Lender
LoanFit is not a bank, credit union, CDFI, mortgage lender, online lender, or any other type of financial institution. LoanFit does not offer loans, lines of credit, or any other financing product.
No Credit Decisions
LoanFit does not make credit decisions of any kind. Readiness scores, status labels, and guidance provided by LoanFit are estimates based on self-reported user inputs and do not constitute a credit approval, denial, or recommendation.
No Approval Guarantee
LoanFit does not guarantee that any user will be approved for a loan. A strong LoanFit readiness score does not mean a lender will approve your application. A weak score does not mean you will be denied. Each lender has its own underwriting criteria.
No Credit Pull
LoanFit does not pull, access, or review your credit report at any time. All information used in your assessment is self-reported by the user. Using LoanFit has no impact on your credit score.
Not Financial Advice
Nothing on LoanFit — including readiness scores, AI-generated guidance, industry insights, document checklists, or action plans — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.
Not Legal, Tax, or Accounting Advice
LoanFit does not provide legal, tax, or accounting guidance. Users should consult qualified attorneys, CPAs, or financial advisors before making any borrowing decisions.
Educational Purpose Only
LoanFit provides educational readiness guidance based on user-submitted information and publicly available industry knowledge. It is designed to help users understand how to prepare — not to predict or influence any lender's decision.
Consult Qualified Professionals
Before applying for a loan, line of credit, SBA loan, equipment loan, or any other form of business financing, we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or SBA resource partner (such as a SCORE mentor or SBDC counselor).
